For your comfort and convenience, we recommend staying on site at Hotel Contessa. Our lecture starts promptly at 8:00am, and downtown San Antonio is not easy to navigate for the first time. The hotel is beautiful, and located right on the Riverwalk. However, almost any hotel on the Riverwalk is within easy reach of the seminar location. For making the trip a mini-vacation, we recommend staying in downtown San Antonio on the River Walk. Some of the other nice downtown hotels include The Westin Riverwalk, Hotel Valencia, St. Anthony Hotel, the Marriott, La Mansion, and many more.
Other Tips: San Antonio is a large city and best traveled with a navigation system, so we suggest getting one in your rental car. The airport is mid-sized and currently under construction, so it is recommended that you arrive at the San Antonio airport 1.5 hours prior to your flight’s scheduled departure.
Armamentarium
Please bring with you any practice plans or marketing materials that you would like to discuss. Also, most attendees find it extremely beneficial to have a digital camera for taking pictures during the office tour. All note-taking material will be provided for you.
Please Note: Do not bring any recording equipment for the lecture, such as video cameras or tape recorders. A print-out of the lecture will be provided to you in your seminar materials. Photos during the office tour are welcomed.
