Dr.
Scott Leune graduated with
multiple honors from the University of Texas Health Science
Center at San Antonio Dental School. Since then, he
has created and maintained a highly successful startup
dental practice, which has been featured nationally in
Dental Economics Magazine, Tradeshow Dentist Magazine, and
locally in the San Antonio Business Journal. Dr.
Leune has created and implemented systems and marketing
which have allowed his start-up practice in the first year
to see 330+ new patients per month, average $150K
collections per month, and maintain 50% overhead. He
is currently expanding his general dentistry start-up
practice in the second year to four dentists and 25 staff
to handle the explosive growth his practice is
experiencing. Dr. Leune currently teaches these
systems in a series of seminars to new dentists, startup
dental practices, and dental students. He also
mentors dentists across the country in their startup and
business efforts. He brings ideas of efficiency,
marketing, and profitability to Breakaway Practice Seminars
in order to fully educate dentists to maximize their
profitability.
Dr.
Leune’s

pave the way to start-up practice success. He is
passionate about teaching, and shows dentists how to apply
simple and unique business principals to their practice
visions to enable accelerated growth and help create a
dream dental practice.
Dr.
Ryan Swain is a Rochester,
NY native. Dr. Swain received his Bachelor of Science from
Messiah College in Grantham, Pennsylvania. Dr. Swain then
received his doctor of Medical Dentistry Degree from the
University of Florida. After graduating from the University
of Florida, Dr. Swain completed an advanced residency in
General Dentistry at Strong Hospital. Dr. Swain's "6 Month
Braces and Cosmetic Dentistry" practice is located in North
Chili, NY. This practice focuses exclusively on Short Term
Orthodontics for adults and other cosmetic procedures. Dr.
Swain is the founder of the 6 Month Smiles Short Term
Orthodontic organization and lectures internationally. He
is a pioneer in this field and has helped hundreds of other
dentists learn how to provide and implement Short Term
Orthodontics in their practices.
Dr. Swain's passion is helping other dentists find their
unique niche in dentistry. His "out of the box" dental
practice has paved the way for other dentists to create an
enjoyable working environment. His goal is to share his
passion and excitement and inspire dentists to create the
practice of their dreams.
